Game Well Games does not directly receive or store complete payment card numbers when payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider.

Purchasing a ticket or providing an email address for event registration does not automatically enroll you in Game Well Games marketing communications.
Game Well Games may send transactional or administrative communications necessary to manage an event you have registered for, including confirmations, event updates, schedule or location changes, cancellations, and other information directly related to your registration.
Where Game Well Games offers an option to subscribe to promotional emails or other marketing communications, participation will be voluntary.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided with those communications or by contacting Game Well Games.
4. Social Media Information
Game Well Games may ask attendees whether they follow Game Well Games on social media or how they discovered Game Well Games.
Providing this information is voluntary unless otherwise clearly indicated on the applicable form.
Game Well Games does not require access to your personal social media account, password, private messages, contacts, or other private account information merely because you indicate that you follow Game Well Games.
Your interactions directly with platforms such as Facebook or Instagram are also subject to the privacy practices and terms of those platforms.
5. Payment Processing
Payments for Game Well Games events may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
Payment processors may collect information necessary to complete and protect a transaction, including payment card information, billing information, transaction information, and fraud-prevention data.
Game Well Games does not control all information collected directly by a payment processor. Information provided directly to a payment processor is also subject to that provider's applicable privacy policy and terms.
6. Ticketing Services
Game Well Games may use third-party ticketing and event-management platforms, including Ticket Tailor, to administer ticket sales, registration, event communications, and check-in.
Information submitted through those services may be processed by both Game Well Games and the applicable service provider as necessary to provide those services.
Third-party providers maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.

Game Well Games does not sell attendees' personal information.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Ticketing and payment-processing providers;
- Technology and service providers assisting with Game Well Games operations;
- Event venues when reasonably necessary for event administration, safety, accessibility, or compliance with venue requirements;
- Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, attorneys, or other advisers when reasonably necessary;

8. Event Photography and Video
Photography or video recording may occur at Game Well Games events.
Photographs or recordings may be used for legitimate Game Well Games purposes, including social media, event promotion, marketing, and documenting Game Well Games activities.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional photographs or recordings should notify Game Well Games staff at the event. We will make reasonable efforts to honor those requests.
Game Well Games will take additional care regarding identifiable photographs or recordings of minors and may obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using such material for promotional purposes.
9. Information Concerning Minors
Game Well Games' standard events are generally intended for attendees age 13 and older. Attendees under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian unless an event expressly provides otherwise.
We do not intentionally seek to collect more personal information from minors than is reasonably necessary to administer their attendance.
When appropriate, information concerning a minor should be provided or authorized by the minor's parent or legal guardian.
