We know capturing memories is an important part of the experience:

We do not keep your information longer than necessary.
* Booking Details: Deleted or anonymised [e.g., 3 to 6 months] after the festive season ends, except where required for tax/accounting purposes.
* Marketing Emails: If you choose to opt-in to hear about next year's event, we will keep your email until you choose to unsubscribe.
