GMAST (Greater Manchester Arts Sustainability Team) is a network of cultural organisations working collaboratively on sustainability. We are committed to protecting your data.
We collect and process:
• Your name and contact details (if you subscribe to our newsletter or are a lead contact)
• Feedback, recordings, and content you choose to submit or share with us
• Profile content shared via Hylo (used internally for collaboration)
We use this information to:
• Send you updates about GMAST activities and opportunities
• Coordinate communication between member organisations
• Support joint projects and collaborative working
We use secure platforms (Mailchimp, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Hylo) and never sell or share your data for marketing. We may also process limited financial data (e.g. bank details, invoice records) when you submit an invoice for payment, handled securely through Manchester Art Gallery’s systems.
