3. RULING BODY: The Bali Amateur Open shall be managed and controlled by the Tournament Committee, whose decision on all matters relating to the Open will be final.
4. COMPETITION RULES: The Bali Amateur Open is based on individual Stableford events, with a provision for a team event consisting of four players. Each golf club can respectfully enter only two teams, Team A and Team B. All draws/pairings will be based on handicap status.
Must be 25 years and over to enter.
Men's Handicaps:
Draw A 0 - 11
Draw B 12 - 16
Draw C 17 - 30
Ladies Handicaps:
Draw A 0 - 17
Draw B 18 - 40
All golfers will be drawn to play four rounds at New Kuta Golf Courses.
5. STABLEFORD POINTS SYSTEM: The points scoring method is then calculated by allocating two points for a par, one point for one over, three points for one under, four points for two under and so on. For example, a player receiving a stroke on a par four hole scores 4, giving them a net 3; for this, the player will receive 3 points. A player at a par three hole scores a four but does not receive a stroke; for this, the player would receive 1 point. Players who exceed their par by two strokes score no points for the hole. They should pick up their ball.
Men's maximum handicap 30
Ladies' maximum handicap 40
Players with higher handicaps must play off the maximum permitted handicap.
A Slope System will be used, and the difficulty of the golf course and the tee box played from will determine a player's handicap before the start of each round.

No correspondence will be entered into on handicap decisions; the committee's decision is final.
Local rules and Rules of Golf will be conducted at each event and approved by the Tournament Committee.
