Grumpy Productions – Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all tickets issued by Grumpy Productions (“the Promoter”). By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket, you accept these T&Cs in full.

  • These T&Cs may include additional rules from authorised ticket vendors.
  • The Promoter may alter the advertised programme without refund.
  • No trading, flyering, marketing, or promotional activity is allowed without written consent.
  • Personal photography is permitted; commercial recording requires a licence. Unauthorised professional equipment may be confiscated.
  • Only purchase tickets from official channels.
  • Attendance implies consent to being filmed/recorded for safety, broadcast, or promotional purposes.
  • No unauthorised vehicles are permitted on site.

2. Entry Conditions

  • A valid ticket is required for entry; damaged or duplicated tickets may be refused.
  • Last entry times (if applicable) appear on your ticket; late entry is not guaranteed.
  • No re‑entry unless stated.
  • Bag searches and security checks are mandatory.
  • The Promoter may refuse entry or remove individuals for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

3. Age Policy (All‑Ages Events)

  • Under‑18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
  • No unaccompanied under‑18s will be admitted.
  • Valid photo ID may be required (passport, driving licence, PASS card).
  • Challenge‑25 applies at bars; alcohol only served to 18+ with valid ID.

4. Tickets & Purchasing

  • Tickets remain the property of Grumpy Productions.
  • Tickets may not be used for promotions or competitions without consent.
  • Do not post your ticket barcode online.
  • Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.
  • Booking fees from ticket agents are non‑refundable.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases of:

  • Event cancellation
  • Major cancellation (full event cancelled and not rescheduled)
  • Material alteration (significant change to event content)

Not included: artist changes, running order adjustments, weather, minor delays, or partial curtailment.

  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the announcement.
  • Booking/order fees may be non‑refundable depending on the ticket agent.

6. Prohibited Items

The Promoter may adjust this list based on the venue. Commonly prohibited items include:

  • Alcohol, illegal substances, drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons or sharp objects
  • Professional recording equipment
  • Umbrellas (for crowd safety)
  • Glass bottles, cans, aerosols, fireworks, flares
  • Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive

7. Food & Drink Policy

  • No outside food or drink unless otherwise stated.
  • One sealed 500ml bottle or one empty reusable bottle may be allowed (venue dependent).
  • Medical food/drink permitted with a doctor’s note.

8. Accessibility

  • Grumpy Productions aims to ensure accessibility for all attendees.
  • Accessible viewing platforms, wheelchair spaces, and companion tickets may be available via the ticket agent.
  • Accessible toilets and entry routes will be provided.
  • Proof of eligibility may be required.

9. Safety & Wellbeing

  • Security searches may occur at any time.
  • Illegal substances or dangerous behaviour will result in removal without refund.
  • Events may be halted or delayed in unsafe weather conditions.
  • Follow directions from security and emergency services at all times.

10. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk.
  • The Promoter is not liable for:
    • Personal injury (unless caused by negligence)
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings
    • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.

11. Data & Privacy

  • Personal data is handled according to Grumpy Productions’ Privacy Policy.
  • Data may be shared with authorised ticket agents and safety partners for event delivery only.

12. Final Provisions

  • The Promoter may update these T&Cs at any time.
  • Governed by the laws of England & Wales.
