WHO WE ARE

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you purchase tickets or interact with us in connection with Heart Dive Live, held September 19, 2026 at Southern Hills at City Station in Carrollton, Georgia. Please read it carefully. It affects your legal rights.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you register for Heart Dive Live we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Phone number if provided
- Billing and payment information processed securely through our third party payment providers
- Ticket type and meal preference selections
- Any additional information you voluntarily submit through our registration or contact forms
- Information about other attendees if you register on their behalf
If you register another person for the event you confirm that you have informed them of this policy and obtained their consent where required.
All information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate.
DATA WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT
When you visit our ticketing page or website we and our third party service providers may automatically collect:
- Your device type, browser, and operating system
- IP address and general geographic location
- Pages visited, time spent, and browsing behavior
- Referral source (how you found us)

COOKIES AND THE META PIXEL
Our ticketing page and website use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to recognize returning visitors, remember preferences, and improve your experience.

EMAIL MARKETING
We will only send you marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them. When you register for Heart Dive Live you will be given the opportunity to join our Heart Dive email community where you will receive Bible study content, ministry updates, and future event announcements.
Opting in to marketing emails is voluntary and separate from your event registration. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@heartdive.org. Please allow up to 5 business days for your preferences to take effect.
We do not sell your email address or personal data to third parties.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your personal data to:
- Process and manage your ticket purchase
- Send you event-related updates, logistics, and need-to-know information leading up to September 19
- Coordinate meal accommodations and on-site logistics
- Respond to questions, comments, and customer service needs
- Send marketing communications if you have opted in
- Enforce our event terms and conditions
- Improve our website, ticketing experience, and future events through analytics
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We may share your personal data with trusted third party service providers who assist us in operating the event, including:
- Ticket Tailor — ticketing and registration
- Flodesk — email marketing and communication
- Stripe — book sales payment processing
- Square — merchandise payment processing
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising and pixel analytics
- Google — website analytics
Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and data security practices. Heart Dive is not responsible for data handled directly by these third parties.
We may also disclose your personal data if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of our team or attendees, or in connection with any merger, acquisition, or restructuring of our ministry or organization.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND BAPTISM
Heart Dive Live will be photographed and video recorded for ministry documentation purposes. The event will not be livestreamed.
By attending Heart Dive Live you grant Heart Dive permission to use your likeness in event photography, recap videos, social media content, and future ministry materials.
If you choose to be baptized during the Overflow Evening Celebration your baptism may also be photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded during baptism please notify a Heart Dive team member before entering the water and we will do our best to honor that request.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your personal data is stored on secure servers. Payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no system can be completely guaranteed as secure. We do our best but cannot promise absolute security.
Heart Dive LLC is based in Nevada and the event takes place in Georgia. Your data is stored and processed within the United States. By registering for this event you consent to your data being stored and processed in the United States in accordance with this policy and applicable US federal and state privacy laws.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request that we delete your personal data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Opt out of cookie and pixel tracking through your browser or device settings

RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including for a reasonable period following the event to respond to any follow-up questions or issues. Our ticketing page or website may contain links to third party sites. Heart Dive is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party site you visit.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our ticketing page or attendance at our event after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
