Hedge End Club – Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for any event hosted at Hedge End Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Data Usage and Privacy

  • By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your email address for the purpose of being added to our mailing list. This mailing list is used solely to provide information about upcoming events, promotions, and relevant club news.

  • If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, you must contact us directly via email or phone to request removal.

  • Your personal details will not be shared with third parties and will be stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.

2. Ticket Sales

  • Tickets for events at Hedge End Club may be purchased by members and non-members alike.

  • Non-members will not be charged a booking fee when purchasing tickets directly through the club.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation by the club.

  • Tickets may not be resold for profit or transferred without prior consent from the club management.

3. Entry and Conduct

  • The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises at its sole discretion.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) persons who:

    • Are currently suspended from the club

    • Are listed as persona non grata

    • Are deemed to be in breach of club rules or expected standards of conduct

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

  • The Club reserves the right to make changes to event details, including performers, start times, or layout, where necessary.

  • In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the club, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method or an exchange offered where appropriate.

  • The Club is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders such as travel or accommodation.

5. Liability

  • Attendance at any event is at your own risk. Hedge End Club does not accept responsibility for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

  • The Club accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during events, unless such liability arises from negligence on the part of the Club.

6. Photography and Media

  • Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to potentially appearing in such media unless you notify a member of staff upon arrival.

7. CCTV and Audio Monitoring

  • For the safety and security of all guests, staff, and the premises, Hedge End Club operates CCTV and audio surveillance throughout public areas of the club.

  • Footage and recordings may be used for the purposes of security, crime prevention, and to ensure compliance with club rules and licensing regulations.

  • All monitoring is conducted in accordance with relevant data protection and privacy laws.
