We may collect and use the following information when you buy a ticket, join a waitlist, register interest in House Two, attend an event, or otherwise interact with us through Ticket Tailor:

Names and contact details, including email address and mobile phone number.

Instagram handles and other social media profile information where requested.

Responses to questions about membership interest, founding member waitlists, event preferences or future updates.

Why we use your information

We use your information to process ticket orders, issue tickets, manage guest lists and event entry, communicate with you about the event, handle event administration, understand who attends our events, improve future House Two events, manage waitlists and membership interest, and contact you about House Two updates where you have opted in or otherwise asked to hear from us.

Where you have opted in to hear from us, joined a waitlist, indicated interest in House Two membership, or asked to receive updates, we may contact you about future House Two events, membership, invitations, waitlists and related updates.

We usually keep event-related information for up to 24 months after the event.

Where you have opted in to House Two membership, waitlist or event updates, become a member, attend further events, or continue engaging with us, we may keep your relevant contact information until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, accounting or administrative purposes.

We will review the information we hold from time to time and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

Who we share information with

We may share personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate our events, ticketing, communications, website, customer records and administration.

This includes Ticket Tailor, which provides ticketing and checkout services for our events. Ticket Tailor states that event organisers own their ticket buyer and attendee data, and that its servers and databases are located in Ireland.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where this happens, we will take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK data protection law.

Your data protection rights
