- Tickets are non-refundable. Even for no-shows.
- Promo Codes and Free Tickets are personal and non-transferable, and subject to cancellation if the privilege is abused.
- All events require an RSVP
- ID will be required to grant access.
- These are alcohol-free gatherings.
- All events have a limited capacity based on certified health and safety protocols. Please arrive on time.
- Due to climate changes, we ask to re-confirm locations in Front Desk or Restaurant Area. In the case that we cancel due to weather conditions, we will re-issue a refund.
- All information requested is with the interest to guarantee your best experience during the program
- All cell phones must be left at the entrance of the event. In case you don't want to leave your phone, REFUNDS will not proceed.
PRIVACY & HEALTH PROTOCOLS
- Do not take photographs or video inside the HOTEL, to protect the privacy of the guests.
- In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and the Government of the State of Quintana Roo, considering the health emergency caused by COVID-19, it is mandatory to use a face mask and/or mask, antibacterial gel and keep a healthy distance, at all times, when entering and staying in the HOTEL’S facilities.
- In case you don't wear a mask or have fever, access will be denied and refunds will not proceed.
- Any person that does not comply with these recommendations, will not be allowed to access the facilities or will be asked to leave
- There are no refunds in the case that you do not comply with Privacy and/or COVID-19 protocols
