Terms and Conditions
1.
Personal Wellbeing
Programme participants are responsible for maintaining their own wellbeing and should inform their programme presenters of any health issues that might arise during their programme. At the time of booking, programme participants should inform InnerLinks of any pre-existing medical conditions and residential guests should ensure that they bring with them, and continue to take, an adequate supply of any prescription medicines.
2.
Payments
We prefer payment by card or cheque. We accept most credit or debit cards but not American Express. Please do not send cash in the mail. Payment should be in pounds sterling (GBP £).
3.
Tiered Pricing
Our quoted prices are fully inclusive of participation in the workshop or event.
We recognise that what is affordable for some can be a financial stretch for others and offer a tiered pricing structure. When you book, please select the price that feels appropriate for you.
Pay it Forward Prices cover the cost of your workshop and include a contribution to our bursary fund. This will make participation possible for one or more people who otherwise would not be able to join our transformational work in the world.
Sustainable Prices (mid range) covers the cost of your workshop and helps us to develop future programmes.
Supported Price reflects a partial bursary toward the cost of your workshop and is intended for those with minor financial need.
4.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel a programme:
we are unable to refund any of your payment.
If we have to cancel an online programme:
Sometimes we have to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or low numbers. We will do our best to notify you of this one week before the start date of your workshop. In this case we will refund the full amount that you paid.
5.
Use of Likeness and Photography
InnerLinks will be conducting the online programmes on various digital platforms. The sessions might be recorded and you will be informed about this prior to the programme starting. We will always endeavour to inform you of any recordings beforehand but by participating in an event you agree that we may record your image/voice and agree to the InnerLinks’s usage of these materials for promotional or informational purposes without compensation of any kind.
