For this event, attendee registration details may be shared with Cloud & Clear and other identified event sponsors or partners for legitimate business engagement and follow-up communications relating to the event, relevant products, services, or industry-related opportunities.

J2D Consulting Ltd and relevant event sponsors may each act as independent data controllers in relation to personal data shared under a Data Sharing Agreement governing:

  • lawful processing obligations;
  • permitted use of attendee data;

  • restrictions on onward sharing.

Sponsors and partners are contractually prohibited from using attendee data for purposes unrelated to the event or agreed business communications.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in communications received or by contacting the sender directly.

7. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
