Because our events take place across multiple cities and states with different rules, this fee ensures compliance where required while also covering administrative and payment processing costs associated with ticketing. This fee is not a government-mandated tax and is retained by the event organizers to cover these costs.

Refunds & Cancellations Policy

All Sales Are Final
Tickets purchased for our events are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits except in the circumstances outlined below.

Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled in its entirety (not rescheduled), purchasers will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket(s) only. Service, processing, and administrative fees (including the line item labeled “VAT”) are non-refundable as they are used to cover costs already incurred in connection with ticketing and event preparation. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date. In cases where you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us within [X] days of the announcement to request a refund of the ticket face value. Service, processing, and administrative fees remain non-refundable.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds in the event of circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, strikes, civil unrest, or public health emergencies, which cause an event to be cancelled or postponed.

No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not show up for an event.
