Who we are
This box office is operated by Austen Heritage (Caroline Jane Knight). When you purchase tickets or register for events through this box office, your personal information is collected and managed by Austen Heritage in accordance with Australian privacy law (Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles) and UK GDPR, reflecting the international nature of our audience. While US federal privacy law does not currently impose specific obligations on businesses of our size, we are committed to respecting the privacy of our US customers and handle all personal data in accordance with the principles set out in this policy.

When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking details. Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe — Austen Heritage does not have access to your full credit or debit card details at any time.
