Payment Policy
1. Payment Requirement
- All seat and table gifts for the 'A Night in the Healing Forest' Gala Benefit Dinner 2025 must be paid in full to secure the reservation.
- Payment is required no later than 30 October 2025. Reservations that remain unpaid after this date may be released to other supporters.
2. Non-Refundable Contributions
- All payments made in support of the Gala Benefit Dinner are considered charitable contributions to Khaoyai Art Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd. and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. One-Time Use
- Each gift of a seat or table applies exclusively to the Gala Benefit Dinner 2025 on 18 December 2025 and cannot be transferred, deferred, or redeemed for any other event, service, or product offered by Khaoyai Art Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd.
4. Transfer of Seats or Tables
- While the payment is non-refundable, supporters who are unable to attend may transfer their reserved seats or table to other guests by notifying Khaoyai Art Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd. in writing at least 15 days prior to the event.
5. Unclaimed Seats
- Seats or tables that remain unclaimed on the evening of the event will be considered a donation to Khaoyai Art Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd. No refunds or credits will be issued.
6. Donation Receipt
- A formal tax receipt will be issued for all payments. Please note that such receipts are issued under Thai regulations, and Khaoyai Art Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd. cannot guarantee recognition for tax purposes in other jurisdictions.
7. Acknowledgment of Policy
- By making a payment for a seat or table, the supporter acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Payment Policy.
