Photo Release
I grant to Kidapalooza & it's affiliated events, its representatives and employees of Ell'Events Inc. the right to take photographs of me, my children and my property for the purpose of promotions. I authorize Kidapalooza & it's affiliated events, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Kidapalooza & it's affiliated events may use such photographs of me, my children and my property with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content and without compensation.
Prices/Rates/Availability/Amending Departure Times
Rates, times and schedules are subject to change by management’s discretion, and management reserves the right to modify or amend your tour time on a given date based on operational requirements, or maintenance issues. Management will do everything in their power to advise our guests ahead of time of any tour time adjustments that may be required.
Conditions of Sale
All sales are final and non-refundable. If the event is shut down due to COVID-19, your tickets are non-refundable and will be be transferred/given a credit code for the value of their purchase towards a future event valid for one year. All persons entering the event grounds, do so at their own risk. No liability for loss, injury or damage to any person, property or vehicle will be accepted by Kidapalooza and its affiliated events, Ell'Events Inc.
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, or smoking is allowed. Recording devices, still cameras, and video cameras are permitted.
Privacy Policy
Kidapalooza (“The company”) and Ell'Events Inc. is concerned about protecting the privacy of its website visitors. Your continued participation in the event following such communications constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
