Thank you for booking a place on our retreat! Once your payment is received, you will be sent a form to complete. This form helps us understand where you are as a songwriter and gather important information about you to ensure that this retreat is the right fit for your creative journey.
Suitability Assessment
Our retreat is designed for participants who are open, committed, and ready to engage fully in the experience. Based on your form responses, if we feel this particular weekend may not be the best fit for you, we will reach out—provided this occurs more than 21 days before the retreat start date—to discuss alternative options, including joining a different retreat that might better suit your needs.
Right to Refund and Participation
- If we determine, before the 21-day cutoff, that the retreat is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to issue a full refund.
- During the retreat, we reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behavior or attitude disrupts the experience for others or if they are unwilling to engage with the retreat process. Please note that in such cases, no refund will be given.
