TERMS OF SERVICE, LIABILITY WAIVER & EVENT POLICIES
1. Assumption of Risk & Personal Injury
By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or related to attending. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of personal injury, illness, bodily harm, emotional distress, or accidents. Klub Halal, venue management, organizers, staff, and performers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by attendees during or as a result of the event.
2. Personal Belongings & Property Damage
Organizers and venue management accept no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings. Attendees are solely responsible for keeping their personal items safe at all times.
3. Sound & Lighting Exposure
The event will feature loud music, high audio levels, and intense lighting effects (including flashing or strobe lights). By attending, you acknowledge these conditions and agree that the organizers and venue are not liable for any hearing damage, visual discomfort, or photosensitive reactions.
4. Door Policy & Right of Admission
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry. Organizers and door staff reserve the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or in violation of our house rules and awareness guidelines.
5. Event Changes, Lineup, and Schedule
The event lineup, set times, and program are subject to change without prior notice. Changes to the lineup or schedule do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or exchange.
6. Force Majeure & Cancellations
Organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performing event obligations if such failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control (including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, acts of war, power failures, or emergency closures). In the event of a total cancellation, liability is limited strictly to the face value of the ticket as outlined in our refund policy.
7. Photography, Filming, and Media Consent
While attendee privacy is prioritized according to our house rules (no filming faces), official event photographers or organizers may record crowd shots, stage performances, and ambient atmosphere. By attending, you grant permission for non-identifying event media to be used for archive and promotional purposes.
8. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be deemed severable, and the remaining policies will continue in full force and effect.
