What we collect
When you buy a ticket, we collect your name, email address, and any other information requested at checkout (e.g. phone number). Payment details are processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card information.
Why we collect it
- To process your ticket order and send you your ticket
- To contact you with essential information about the event (changes, cancellations, entry requirements)
- To send you updates about future KOLATERAL events, if you've opted in
Who we share it with
- Ticket Tailor, our ticketing platform, which processes and stores your order data
- Stripe, our payment processor, which handles your payment securely
- Meta (Instagram/Facebook), if you interacted with our ads before purchasing — this is limited to standard ad-tracking data, not your ticket order details
We do not sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your order data for as long as necessary to comply with accounting and legal obligations under Norwegian law, and no longer than necessary for the purposes above.
Your rights
