This Privacy Policy explains how Shazmu Ltd, trading as Talk Golf Ireland ("Talk Golf Ireland", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you enquire about or book one of our golf trips or experiences.

4. Payment Information
Bookings may be processed using Ticket Tailor and its associated payment processing services.
Payment card information is processed by the relevant secure payment provider. Talk Golf Ireland does not ordinarily receive or retain your complete payment card details.
We may retain records of payments made, amounts outstanding, refunds and other transaction information for booking, accounting and legal purposes.
5. Dietary, Accessibility & Other Sensitive Information
Some information you voluntarily provide, such as information concerning allergies, dietary requirements, health-related accessibility or mobility requirements, may constitute special category personal data under data protection legislation.
Where you provide this information for the purpose of arranging your trip, we will use it only where necessary to accommodate your requirements and, where appropriate, share the relevant information with the supplier providing the service.
Please only provide information that is necessary for us to assist with your arrangements.

If you provide details of an emergency contact, you confirm that you have their permission to provide their information to us.
Emergency contact information will only be used where reasonably necessary in connection with your trip or in an emergency.
7. WhatsApp & Trip Communications
Where you consent to joining a trip WhatsApp group, your mobile number and WhatsApp profile information may be visible to other members of that group.
Trip WhatsApp groups are intended for communications relating to the relevant golf trip.
You may choose not to join the WhatsApp group and can leave the group at any time.
Important information relating to your booking will still be communicated to you through appropriate alternative means.
8. Photography & Video
Photographs and video may be taken during our golf trips and events for editorial, website, social media and promotional purposes.
Where appropriate, you will be given the opportunity to tell us if you do not wish to appear in such material.
If you advise us that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference.

We may contact you with information directly relating to a trip you have booked. These are service communications and are necessary for us to administer your booking.
