10. Wellbeing and participation
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own wellbeing and safety throughout the event.
This is a two-day gathering designed to be trauma-informed, creative, and supportive. The programme includes professional talks, workshops, and interactive art installations — some of which may be emotionally stimulating or may bring up difficult feelings.
This event does not constitute, nor is it a substitute for, therapy or medical care. Participation in any part of the programme is entirely voluntary. You are encouraged to listen to your own needs and boundaries throughout the event, and to step away from any activity at any time. You are responsible for the choices you make and for how you engage with the activities on offer.
While topics such as psychedelics may be discussed in the context of mental health, healing, and creativity, Herminio Silva does not sell, supply, administer, or facilitate the use of any controlled or illegal substances, nor does it encourage their use. Any decisions you make regarding substances, on or off the event premises, are made at your own discretion and risk, and are entirely your own responsibility.
If you have pre-existing physical or mental health conditions, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before attending. Event staff and facilitators are not medical professionals and are not able to provide medical or psychological care during the event.
11. Spirit of the event
Above all, this is a space to explore, connect, and celebrate. Take care of yourself, meet like-minded people, and — most importantly — enjoy the days.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically. We recommend checking it regularly. The version in force will always be the one published on the event page.
