o The information taken, should you decide to book a ‘for baby for me’ course, is used for the following reasons:-
-Insurance requirements
-Communicating with you outside of sessions
-Informing you of any changes or updates to your course
This information will be held securely on a password protected computer.
o We are required to allow you to view your information at any time. If you wish to see this then please email me at louisa@forbabyforme.co.uk
o It is your responsibility to ensure that data held on you is up to date so please contact us at anytime to update your records.
o ‘for baby for me’ will not hold your data any longer than is necessary to provide you with our services or to comply with applicable law.
o ‘for baby for me’ will periodically review all records and remove, edit, archive
or delete data which is no longer applicable to be stored in line with current
guidelines.
o ‘for baby for me’ (as all businesses) is required, by law, to retain financial information relating to its business activity for up to 7 years.
