We only collect the minimum info required to run the event. This means Forename, Surname, Email Address, street address, Contact number.
We collect emails for the purpose of ticket purchase info and future marketing for future events. However we may need to contact you directly such as in the unlikely event of a cancellation we will let you know via Email in the first instance, followed by mobile in an emergency.
As a ticket buyer and customer we will add your name and email address to our event mailing list - so that you will be informed about future events and special seasonal event offers. You can unsubscribe at any time from this list.
We do Not Collect nor Store payment info. All online payments are facilitated thru Ticket Tailor and processed via the 3rd Party application of Stripe.
