We collect all information from our sign-up process. This information is disclosed during the sign-up process and can include name, email, phone number.
What we do with the information:
We use this information to pass along to the event committee to assist in the proper check-in process. If needed for any reason for the event, you may be contacted by email, text, or phone using this information. Upon registration, your information will be shared with our event committee members but they will not use your information for any other purpose.
