Marleigh Primary Academy PTFA Privacy policy

We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are and how and why we collect, store, use and share your personal data. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal data and how to contact us or supervisory authorities if you have a complaint.

This privacy policy does not apply to any third-party websites that may have links to our own website or social media channels.

Who are we and what do we do?

Marleigh Primary Academy PTFA’s purpose is to foster a strong sense of community between parents, teachers, and the wider school environment.

• Event Records: Data collected for specific events (e.g., registrations or dietary requirements) will be deleted shortly after the event concludes, typically within four weeks.

• Financial Records: Kept for six to comply with legal or tax obligations.
