Personal data we collect
We collect, process, store, and use personal data when you purchase a course or workshop including your name, email address and address (if applicable). We may also collect personal data that you give to us about other people if you register them to attend a course or workshop. You agree that you have notified any other person whose personal data you provide to us of this privacy notice and, where necessary, obtained their consent so that we can lawfully process their personal data in accordance with this policy.
Payment transactions with credit card numbers are processed through Stripe, a 3rd party payment processor. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. For further information, see Stripe.com. We receive no credit card or bank account information from Stripe regarding your transaction except the last four digits of the credit card number. Your name, contact information, and order summary are retained solely for the purposes of knowing that you made the purchase, and how we can reach you if needed. Order summaries are kept for our records. MC CogRehab Resources does not have access to your full credit card number, CVV code or card expiration date.
All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate. If you provide us with inaccurate or false data, and we suspect identify fraud, we will record this.
You do not need to provide us with any personal data to view our courses. However, we may still collect the information set under the Data we automatically collect section of this policy, and marketing communications in accordance with the Marketing Communications section of this policy.
When you contact us by email, we may keep a record of the correspondence.
Who do we share your data with?

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. In certain instances such as credit card processing issues, we may need to share your email with Stripe, our credit card processor, to resolve credit card disputes or processing problems.

Google Analytics places several persistent cookies on your computer's hard drive. If you do not agree to this you can disable persistent cookies in your browser. This will prevent Google Analytics from logging your visits.
