Micro Maidens Privacy & Liability Policy

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a Micro Maidens event (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

• Attendance at Micro Maidens shows involves certain inherent risks. By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage to yourself, your property, or any minors under your supervision.
• You agree that Micro Maidens, its performers, staff, affiliates, and the hosting venue are not responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
• You release and discharge Micro Maidens and the venue from any claims, actions, or demands of any kind arising out of your attendance.

2. Right to Refuse Entry & Removal

• Micro Maidens and the hosting venue reserve the right to deny entry to any person for any reason, at their sole discretion.
• We also reserve the right to remove any guest from the Event at any time without refund if they engage in unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or non-compliant behavior.

3. Photography, Video & Media Consent

• By attending, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
• You grant Micro Maidens and its partners the unrestricted right to use, publish, and distribute your likeness, voice, and image in any media (including social media, websites, and advertising) without compensation or notice.
• If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff at the door. However, avoiding inclusion cannot be guaranteed.

4. Personal Data & Privacy

• Any personal information you provide when purchasing tickets (such as your name and email address) will only be used for event communication, ticketing, and updates related to Micro Maidens.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required for ticketing services or legal compliance.

5. Safety & Code of Conduct

• Guests must comply with all venue rules and instructions from staff. Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Unauthorized photography, videography, or live-streaming is not permitted unless expressly approved.

6. Agreement

By attending, you confirm that you:

• Voluntarily accept all risks and waive any claims against Micro Maidens and the venue.
• Consent to the use of your likeness in event-related media.
