NWFRS is the Data Controller for this information. Ticket Tailor provides the booking platform and processes information on behalf of NWFRS.

2. The Data We Collect and How We Use it

The lawful basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(e) Public Task.It is necessary for us to do so to maintain an effective recruitment process and to monitor diversity.We have obligations under the Equality Act 2010.

Identity and contact data: First name, last name, email address, telephone number.Used to administer the event and contact you about your booking. This is mandatory to allow us to book you on an event.

Other voluntary data: pronouns, sex, Welsh language skills. Used to monitor interest in recruitment from different groups and language proficiencies. Used for monitoring purposes only and providing the data is optional.

The equality monitoring questions are entirely voluntary. Your answers will not affect whether you can attend the event.

3. Disclosures

Your information is processed by Ticket Tailor and provided to NWFRS as the data controller.NWFRS does not share this data with any other parties.

4. International Transfers

Your data remains within the EEA and where it may be transferred outside of the UK it is done so within the provisions of UK data protection legislation.

5. Security

We have put in place security measures to ensure that your data is safe and protected against loss and unauthorised access.

6. Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.
