Disclaimer & Event Terms
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the East Nashville Pride Bar Crawl, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID when picking up their wristband and when requested by participating venues.
• One wristband is valid for one participant only. Wristbands are non-transferable and may not be shared, duplicated, or resold.
• Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
• The East Nashville Pride Bar Crawl is a self-guided event. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, safety, and conduct throughout the event.
• Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual for any reason permitted by law, including intoxication, disruptive behavior, failure to present valid identification, or violation of venue policies.
• Drink specials, promotions, participating venues, and event offerings are subject to change without notice.
• Participants are encouraged to drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation. Do not drink and drive.
• By participating in the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
• Event organizers, sponsors, participating businesses, venue owners, employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, accident, or claim arising from participation in the event.
• By attending, participants grant event organizers permission to photograph, film, and record their likeness for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
• The East Nashville Pride Bar Crawl is intended to be a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful community event. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts other participants may result in removal from the event without refund.
