TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any Event at any time, for any reason, and without liability or prejudice. Any failure on OnePath's part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Event Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Event Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Event Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and
enforceable. Media representatives or employees are not invited to this event. OnePath Network does not give permission to any media professional of hobbyist (such as bloggers, etc) to report on, write about, or create any content related to this event. Email addresses collected from this event's ticket purchases may be shared with OnePath Network and the sponsors of this event for sharing additional promotional content.
CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
New South Wales law will govern these Event Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and OnePath Network (a "Claim"), without regard to conflict of law provisions. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED WITHIN NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA.
EVICTION
If you are deemed by OnePath staff to be disruptive, offensive, or inhibiting the ability of other attendees to enjoy this Event in any way, you will be asked to leave without warning or notice. No refund will be given in the case of eviction from this Event.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
All ticket sales are final, no refund or exchange will be given after a ticket is purchased.
COPYRIGHT
All content shown at the Event is the intellectual property of OnePath Network. No recording of any kind, including video or voice, is permitted to take place at the Event, except by OnePath staff and authorised volunteers. Any recording of any kind will likely result in legal action by OnePath Network against those responsible, which will include the loss of financial benefit that OnePath deems appropriate.
TERMINATION
While we hope not to, OnePath Network may prohibit your attendance at any Event at any time if you fail to abide by these Event Terms, or for any or no reason, without notice or liability of any kind.
