For all Short Programs, such as Wine & Casual Classes:
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes.
A participant who withdraws 30 days or more prior to course commencement, may transfer to another available class start date. If notification is provided less than 30 days but more than 5 days prior to the course commencement, the participant will be issued a credit. For no-shows and cancellations 5 days or less prior to the course commencement, no refund will be provided.
The program of instruction does not require approval under the Private Training Act; a student may not file a claim against the fund with the trustee in respect of the program of instruction.
