Who we are. This event is organised by Transition Haslemere, c/o The Town Hall, High Street, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2HG, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information you give us when you book a ticket. You can contact us at zietkiewiczm@gmail.com.
Please note: tickets are issued through a Ticket Tailor box office operated by People Powered Surrey. People Powered Surrey does not organise this event and does not use your data for its own purposes.
What we collect. The details you enter when booking: your name, email address, and the number of tickets you book. Ticket Tailor also handles the booking on our behalf as our data processor — see their privacy policy at tickettailor.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Why we use it. Only to run this event: to send you your ticket and any practical information beforehand, and to send follow-up information afterwards. We rely on our legitimate interest in organising and running the event you have booked onto.
What we don't do. We do not use your details for any other purpose, we do not add you to any other mailing list without asking you first, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA.
How long we keep it. We delete your booking details three months after the event.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Just email us at zietkiewiczm@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
