PersianEvents (“we,” “us,” “our”) organizes and sells tickets for events online. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our websites, purchase tickets, or interact with our marketing and events.

- Payment information: handled by PCI-compliant payment processors (for example, Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

- Event interactions: attendance status, seating selections, customer service requests, contest entries, survey responses, and media captured at events where notice is provided.

- Enrollment: when you buy tickets or otherwise provide contact information, you are enrolled to receive email and SMS marketing unless you opt out. For Canada’s anti-spam rules, we rely on express or implied consent as permitted, including implied consent for existing customer relationships.
- Opting out of email: click the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or contact us. Transactional messages related to your order may still be sent.

5) Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We use cookies and tracking technologies to measure site performance, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and personalize content. Payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe. Those processors collect and process payment information subject to their own privacy policies. We receive limited details to confirm payment status and prevent fraud.

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described, including record-keeping, dispute resolution, tax, and legal compliance, then securely delete or anonymize it.
