The event organiser, Poplar Festival, has the legal responsibility to tell ticket buyers and event attendees how their personal information will be collected and used. You can find their Privacy Policy below or contact them to request it.
The purpose of the following section is to inform the individual (hereinafter referred to as Data Subject) about the processing of their personal data, collected by the data controller, Entropia APS, with its registered office at Via G. Matteotti, 6, 38122 Trento (TN), email address entropia.aps@gmail.com (hereinafter referred to as Data Controller).
Failure to accept the following will result in the Data Subject being deemed ineligible to take Poplar Festival shuttle.
Ticket Tailor (hereinafter “Ticket Tailor”) is appointed as an “external data processor” with reference to the processing carried out pursuant to Articles 4 and 28 of the European Regulation 679/2016 and the relevant data protection regulations.

The data collected includes:

PURPOSES AND AIMS OF PROCESSING
The data submitted will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 2016/679, in a manner that ensures integrity, confidentiality, and availability. They will be collected by the controller solely for the purpose and aim of organizing the shuttles. Contact details are requested in order to contact the data subjects after the ticket acquiring.
The protocols through which the information travels on the network and where the data is stored use the HTTPS protocol (HyperText Transfer Protocol over SSL), a variant of the HTTP protocol that employs, in addition to TCP/IP, the SSL layer (Secure Sockets Layer) which encrypts incoming and outgoing data through a mathematical algorithm.
Lastly, the data provided to the controller will not be used for marketing purposes, nor will they be sold or communicated to third parties.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:
a) Request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you;
b) Obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and, where possible, the retention period;
c) Obtain the rectification and erasure of the data;
d) Obtain the restriction of processing;
e) Obtain data portability, i.e., receive them from a data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
f) Object to the processing at any time, including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) Object to automated decision-making processes concerning individuals, including profiling;
h) Request access to personal data and rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing that concerns you or object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
j) Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
