Recovery Reimagined respects your privacy and aims to collect only the personal information necessary to process your registration, payment, and access to the events or recordings you purchase.

Information We Collect
When you register for an event or purchase a ticket through our Ticket Tailor event shop, we may collect:
- your name and email address;
- information about your ticket, registration, or purchase;
- any information you choose to provide through the registration process; and
- limited transaction information associated with your payment.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Recovery Reimagined does not receive or store your full payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only as reasonably necessary to:
- process and manage your event registration or purchase;
- send your ticket, confirmation, event information, reminders, or updates;
- provide customer support relating to your registration or purchase; and
- provide access to recordings or other digital materials you have purchased.
If you purchase access to a recording or other digital content, your name and email address may be added to Thinkific, the platform we use to provide access to that content and send information necessary for you to access it.
Purchasing a ticket does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or promotional emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate our events and provide purchases, including:
- Ticket Tailor for event registration and ticketing;
- Stripe and PayPal for payment processing; and
- Thinkific for access to purchased recordings and digital content.
These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Some of these providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.
