We collect your name and email address to process your booking and administer the event. We may also collect additional information you provide at checkout, such as dietary requirements, accessibility needs, job role, and sector, for the purposes of event planning and improving our understanding of our community.
We may contact you about future SCiO events and activities. This is on the basis of PECR soft opt-in, as you have purchased a ticket for a SCiO event. You can opt out of these communications at any time by ticking the opt-out box at checkout or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
Your data is processed on our behalf by TicketTailor as our ticketing provider, and will not be shared with any other third party without your consent.
