I have read and agree to the Sea Matches Waiver, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Code of Conduct, before purchasing a ticket or attending to any Sea Matches event.
• I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age and will present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.
• I understand that Sea Matches LLC organizes social networking events aboard vessels operated by independent third-party charter companies and does not own, operate, captain, manage, maintain, or control any vessel.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in boating activities, water transportation, social gatherings, entertainment events, weather conditions, vessel movement, and any related activities.
• I release and hold harmless Sea Matches LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, event staff, sponsors, partners, and representatives from any liability arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.
• I understand that all vessels are independently owned and operated by licensed charter companies, and Sea Matches LLC is not responsible for vessel operations or crew actions.
• I agree to conduct myself respectfully and understand that Sea Matches reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, illegal, excessively intoxicated, harassing, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings and any medical expenses that may arise during or after the event.
• I understand that all ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Sea Matches.
• I understand that Sea Matches may cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify an event due to weather, safety concerns, vessel operator decisions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• I grant Sea Matches LLC permission to photograph and record me during the event and to use such images and recordings for promotional, advertising, marketing, website, and social media purposes without compensation.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By electronically signing below, I certify that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Event Liability Waiver, Release Agreement, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and all Sea Matches Terms & Conditions.
