Events - Online Ticket Payment Processing
We use tickettailor.com to process all of our online ticket payments securely and we use their software to process them. Using this software Personal Information is collected so we can identify our patrons. This information is accessed and managed by Shorelines Arts Festival only. Shorelines Arts Festival does not store any credit card information as this information is stored securely by tickettailor.com. Events - Attendee Data
We store all attendee data for the duration of the festival for all online paid performances. We use this information so that door staff may identify patrons and so we may contact them in the event of an event cancellation or change of time or venue. We hold this information securely for the duration of the festival up until our annual audit is complete, after which time this data is deleted.
