St James POA Activities Committee – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected and used by us, the St. James POA Activities Committee (the “Activities Committee.”) If you communicate with us about an Activities Committee event, or purchase tickets for an event, we will collect certain information, which may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. This is your Order Information. We utilize an online event ticketing software service, Ticket Tailor, and they use your Order Information to process your ticket request. The Activities Committee does not divulge your Order Information to third parties, except as required by law. Ticket Tailor has its own privacy policy.

We utilize an online payment processor, Stripe, if you use a credit card to purchase tickets for an Activities Committee event. Stripe will have access to your credit card information. Neither the Activities Committee nor Ticket Tailor will have access to your credit card information. Stripe has its own privacy policy. 

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for legal requirements.
