Marketing communications (concerts only)
When you purchase a ticket for one of our concerts, we collect your name and email address in order to fulfil our contract with you (for example, to send tickets and important event information).
We may also use your email address to contact you about **our own future concerts or closely related live music events, where these are similar in nature to the event you purchased a ticket for.
We do this in accordance with Regulation 22(3) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), commonly known as the “soft opt‑in”. This means that we will only send marketing emails where:
- your contact details were collected during the purchase of a ticket or during discussions about purchasing a ticket;
- the messages relate **only to our own similar concerts or live music events;
- you were given the opportunity to opt out of receiving marketing communications at the time your details were collected; and
- every marketing email we send includes a clear and simple way for you to unsubscribe.
You are free to opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly. If you opt out, we will not send you further marketing communications, but we may still contact you with important information relating to tickets you have purchased.
