Use of participant information and privacy
1. Purpose of data use
To deliver this masterclass effectively, Stage‑Gate International (“we”) will use a minimal set of your personal data: your name, your current job title, and the organization you work for. We use this information to:
- Register and manage your participation in the masterclass.
- Create participant lists, name badges, and internal workshop materials (such as introductory slides and in room videos) so that participants and facilitators can identify one another and engage effectively during the sessions.
In some cases, and only where available, we may also use your professional profile photo as displayed on your public LinkedIn profile for these internal workshop materials, so that other participants can put a face to a name. We will not use any other information from your LinkedIn profile or other public sources for these purposes without your explicit consent.
2. Sharing and confidentiality
Your name, job title, company, and (where used) LinkedIn profile photo may be visible to other participants and facilitators in the context of this masterclass (for example, in participant lists, slides, or internal slides or videos shown in the room). These materials will not be published or disclosed outside the event, except where required by law.
3. Legal basis and your rights
We process this information to administer your participation (performance of a contract) and, for use in internal workshop materials and use of your profile photo, based on your explicit agreement below. You have rights under applicable data‑protection laws (including access, rectification, and, where applicable, deletion of your personal data). Use of my name, job title, company, and LinkedIn profile photo (required)

I understand that this information will only be shared with other participants and facilitators in connection with this masterclass and will not be published publicly.
Use of a private Perplexity space during the masterclass
As part of this masterclass, Stage‑Gate International will provide each participant with access to a private Perplexity AI “space” to practice applying the concepts covered in the course. Each space will be accessible only to the individual participant and the Stage‑Gate masterclass facilitator assigned to the workshop.
All information you choose to submit or upload to your Perplexity space will be used solely for learning and practice during the masterclass and will not be shared with other participants or used for any other purpose. Each participant is responsible for what they submit, including ensuring that they do not upload confidential or sensitive information that they are not authorized to use in this context.
These Perplexity spaces will be configured so that data is not used to train Perplexity’s AI models and is subject to strict retention limits. All content in the workshop spaces will be automatically deleted no later than the day after the class ends, subject to any technical logs or metadata retained by Perplexity in line with its privacy and security policies. https://www.perplexity.ai/hub/legal
Use of a private Perplexity space (required)
[ ] I understand and agree that I will be provided with a private Perplexity AI space for the purpose of practicing the concepts from this masterclass, that only I and the Stage‑Gate facilitator will have access to my space, that all content I submit is my responsibility, and that this content will be used only for the masterclass and deleted no later than the day after the class, with Perplexity configured so that my workshop data is not used for AI training.
Cancellations/Substitution Policy
You may send a substitute attendee in your place at any time with no penalty (please inform us via email in advance: ee@stage-gate.ai). Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform us via email (ee@stage-gate.ai) no later than thirty business days prior to the event start date for a credit voucher or for a full refund less a CHF200 administration fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received within thirty business days of the event.
