TERMS OF USE
By purchasing and using this ticket (“Ticket”) for entry to and attendance at the event (the “Show”) held at The Flatiron Room, LLC (the “Venue”), you (the “Ticket Holder” or “Holder”) agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Please note that the Show is intended for guests aged twenty-one (21) and older, and valid proof of age (government-issued photo ID) is required for entry. If the name on your ID differs from your preferred name, please notify us when purchasing your ticket.

1. Final Sale
All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a Ticket, you understand and agree that tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. The Ticket grants a limited, revocable right of entry to the specified Show, subject to the rules of the Venue.
The Flatiron Room LLC reserve the right to revoke this right at any time and without refund if a Ticket Holder:
(a) fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement;
(b) appears intoxicated;
(c) exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior;
(d) uses offensive language; or
(e) engages in any conduct deemed by the Venue to negatively impact the experience of other guests or staff.
2. No Recording Policy
Unauthorized recording of any part of the Show is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to photography, videography, live streaming, and sharing descriptions or details of the Show without prior written permission from The Flatiron Room LLC. The Company retains all copyrights to the Show and related materials.
3. Photography and Filming Notice
By attending the Show, you consent to being filmed or photographed during the event. Your presence at the Venue implies permission for The Flatiron Room and its partners to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional and commercial purposes, in any format, without compensation or prior notice.
4. Assumption of Risk
Your participation in the Show is voluntary, and by attending, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept any risks involved. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, property damage, or emotional discomfort from certain aspects of the performance. The Flatiron Room. and Goodnight Group, LLC are not liable for any harm or loss that occurs as a result of attending the Show.
5. COVID-19 and Health Risks
By entering the Venue, you accept the risks associated with COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. Despite health and safety measures in place, the Venue cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19. You are responsible for your own health and safety during the event, and the Venue disclaims any liability for health-related issues arising from your attendance.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Flatiron Room LLC and Goodnight Group, LLC and their respective affiliates, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your actions, negligence, or failure to comply with this Agreement during your attendance at the Show.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
8. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
