When you register for or attend the event, we may collect:
- Name
- Job title and organisation
- Email address
- Dietary or accessibility requirements (only if you provide them)
- Any information you include in messages you send us

- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe
- Accounting records: 6 years (legal requirement)

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data ("right to erasure")
