HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Our events bookings are hosted by Ticket Tailor (app.tickettailor.com). All personal information gathered via Ticket Tailor is used for the sole purpose of booking confirmations, event reminders, and customer identification for event entry. You can read Ticket Tailor’s privacy policy HERE.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel an event ticket up to 24 hours ahead of the event. Please contact events@edinburghbookshop.com to do so. Authorised refunds will be processed within 28 days.
FULFILLMENT POLICY FOR EVENTS
Pre-ordered books may be collected during the event, or from the shop beforehand, if possible.
If you are unable to attend the event, books will be kept at the shop for collection.
