Photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for communication and promotional purposes (including website, social media, and marketing materials).
By registering for and attending the event, participants acknowledge and consent to the use of photographic and video material in which they may appear.
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the organizer prior to or during the event.
