This policy explains how The Paint & Play Studio uses personal information collected through our Ticket Tailor box office, event bookings, and related inquiries.
Information we collect
Our current checkout asks for the buyer’s first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number. We also receive booking information such as ticket types, quantities, order references, payment status, and event attendance or check-in information. If you contact us, we use the information you choose to provide to respond. Please do not send card details or sensitive medical information through messages or booking notes.
How we use information
We use this information to process bookings, deliver tickets and confirmations, communicate important event updates, manage entry, respond to questions, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain business records. A ticket purchase does not automatically sign you up for unrelated promotional messages. Where we ask you to opt in to marketing, you can unsubscribe or contact us to withdraw that choice.
Ticketing and payments
Ticket Tailor provides our ticketing platform and processes booking information on our behalf. Stripe processes card payments. We do not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes ourselves. These providers may process information in other countries and use their own service providers. Sharing and security
We share information with the service providers and authorized team members who need it to manage bookings and deliver events. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or legal claims. We do not sell your personal information. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access, although no online service can guarantee complete security.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for event administration, customer support, accounting, and applicable legal requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law or to resolve a dispute.
Cookies and other websites
Our ticket shop and payment providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate checkout and protect transactions. Browser settings can control cookies, but disabling them may affect checkout. Other websites and social platforms have their own privacy policies.
