Company or organisation information is used to ensure we seat ticket holders from the same organisation together.
Job title is used to marketing and sales purposes, particularly securing sponsorship for future award ceremonies.

Data is collected for accounting, marketing, and communications purposes. As some of the data collected is used for accounting purposes, all data is therefore stored in line with a HMRC requirement to hold records for 7 years.
Any IT service data that is collected can be removed securely at your request subject to any contractual obligations.
