The event organiser, Townley Parents and Friends Association, has the legal responsibility to tell ticket buyers and event attendees how their personal information will be collected and used. You can find their Privacy Policy below or contact them to request it.
We will keep the details you have provided about you for up to 4 weeks after your last booked exam, at which point all the information will be discarded.
We will only use your email address and phone number to contact you about the event, if there's an emergency during the day, and to communicate the results back to you.
Your child's name and your email address will be shared with our partners TeachItRight to allow them to makr the exam and send the results directly to you.
