UP ALL NIGHT is committed to protecting your personal information when you book and attend an event. This policy relates to how we use personal information you provide to us by email, booking confirmation and in-person. To deliver events we sometimes need to collect information about you.

When you register for an event, we may receive personal information about you. This can consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address.

- to provide events and activities information specific to the events and activities you register for;
- to analyse the information you supply as well as your activity on our (and other) events so that we can offer a more relevant, tailored activities;

We will only send you marketing communications where you have agreed to this. We offer occasional emails, to let you know about upcoming events.

If you are aged 18 or under, please do not complete a booking; our events are for over 18 year olds only.
How long will you keep my information?
We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary for the relevant event.
Can I delete my data?
You can request that any personal information we hold about you at any time to be deleted by contacting upallnightbath@gmail.com with your request.
Can I find out what personal information you hold about me?
Under the data protection regulations, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information UP ALL NIGHT holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We will use reasonable efforts consistent with our legal duty to supply, correct or delete personal information about you in our files.
