Verwendung personenbezogener Daten
Die im Rahmen der Ticketbuchung angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten (z. B. Name, E-Mail-Adresse, ggf. Telefonnummer) werden ausschließlich zur Organisation, Durchführung und Kommunikation rund um das Event verwendet.
Die Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, außer wenn dies zur technischen Abwicklung der Buchung erforderlich ist (z. B. Ticket Tailor oder Zahlungsanbieter).
Nach Abschluss der Veranstaltung werden die Daten gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben gelöscht.
Mit Abschluss der Buchung erklärst du dich mit der Verarbeitung dieser Daten einverstanden.
Foto- & Videoaufnahmen
Während des Events können Fotos und Videos zu Dokumentations- und Marketingzwecken aufgenommen werden (z. B. Website, Social Media).
Solltest du nicht auf Bild- oder Videoaufnahmen erscheinen wollen, gib bitte vor Ort ausdrücklich Bescheid. Dies wird selbstverständlich respektiert.
Zahlung vor Ort & verbindliche Anmeldung
Bei Auswahl der Option „Zahlung vor Ort“ erfolgt die Anmeldung verbindlich.
Bei Nichterscheinen ohne rechtzeitige Absage verpflichtest du dich zur Zahlung von 70 % des Ticketpreises, da Plätze, Lebensmittel und Materialien verbindlich eingeplant werden.
Diese Bedingung wird mit Abschluss der Buchung akzeptiert und ist verbindlich.
Bei Nichtbeachtung kann dies rechtliche Konsequenzen nach sich ziehen.

Use of personal data
Personal data provided during ticket booking (such as name, email address, and optionally phone number) is used solely for the organization, execution, and communication related to the event.
Data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for technical booking processing (e.g. Ticket Tailor or payment providers).
After the event, data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
By completing the booking, you consent to the processing of your data.
Photo & video recordings
During the event, photos and videos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media).
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us on site. Your request will of course be respected.
Pay-on-site & binding registration
If “pay on site” is selected, the registration is binding.
In case of no-show without timely cancellation, 70% of the ticket price will be charged, as seats, food, and materials are planned in advance.
This condition is accepted upon booking and is legally binding.
Failure to comply may result in legal consequences.
