We ask for your name and email address so we can contact you about the event you are signing up to and so we know how many people are planning to attend.
What we will do with the information
Information will be stored securely. It will only be accessible to staff involved in managing planting events.
How long will we keep the information and what are your rights?
This information will be stored until after the event you are signing up for has taken place.
If your details change while you are awaiting the event, please get in contact so we can change our records.
